VORES MENU
We handpick the best that the season has to offer and have put together a menu that is so simple that the ingredients come into their own. But that doesn't mean it will be boring. The inspiration comes from the iconic Marais district in Paris, where falafel stalls are located next to white tablecloths and classic French cuisine. We are a bistro with a Middle Eastern touch with a bang on flavors and spices. Food should be experienced together, which is why the dishes are made to be shared and eaten family style.

MARAIS bistro.bar is more than just a place to eat. Although the inspiration comes from far away, we are all deeply rooted in Aarhus, and our restaurant is a reflection of everything we love. The colors on the walls, the wine in the glass, the company around the table. It is all carefully curated. We have many years in the restaurant industry behind us, and therefore we know that this kind of thing is certainly not unimportant. MARAIS bistro.bar is a declaration of love for our city, but with a dash of adventure. We look forward to welcoming you.
